Surya - these messages are normal and indicate the progress of the CONCEPT run.  However, the integer value reported at the end of each module indicates the total records processed, and should generally not be zero (some modules do return zero but not spatial or speciation).  A zero indicates that no records were processed, so you should check your inputs to see if everything is OK.  Also check earlier in the log file to make sure that the data import did not encounter any errors.
