[CON Devel] Switching Data Drives.

Hi All,

I'm in the depths of getting the machines working for next week so expect 
lots of questions from me. I have CONCEPT running but I have 2 drives, one 
slow ATA system drive and one fast SATA(70mbps). They are:

/dev/hda1 mounted at /
and
/dev/sda1 mounted at /concept

How do I tell PGSQL to store it's data at /concept?
Can I tell PGSQL to store some data on multiple file systems or 
directories?  For example
temporary files one one drive and permanent data on another?
